General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

ARTICLE 1 - Customer account

Before making an order, the customer is invited to create an account. In this regard, he/she should fill in a form in “My Account” section. He/ she commits to disclose exact information and neither usurp other people’s identity nor change his/her own age.

The customer also states his/her e-mail address and a password (8 characters at least) which will let him/her log in thereafter. The username and password are personal and the customer commits not to divulge them.

ARTICLE 2 - Price

The products’ prices presented on the website are in Euro or in US Dollar; all taxes included except delivery fees. The delivery fee is mentioned before the final confirmation of the order. The products remain the entire property of "LYOUNA" until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 3 - Products

The products offered for sale appear on the website within the limits of their availability, and the offers remain valid as long as they appear on the website. "Lyouna" reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw any product for sale on the website.

In case of unavailability of a product after order confirmation, the customer will get informed within 24 hours by email or by telephone. The customer has the choice between waiting for the availability of the product or a refund of the paid amount.

The descriptions of products on the site are given as an indication. Similarly, the photographs may differ slightly from reality, especially because of the display settings of the computer used.

ARTICLE 4 - Order

To make an order, the customer must register or identify on his/her account and follow the online purchasing process by adding the products in cart.

"Lyouna" reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw any product for sale on the website.

After confirming the order and choosing the delivery mode, the customer should check the products ordered and carefully read the GCS (General Conditions of sale).

Once he/she presses "Pay my order" button, he/she is expected to have accepted the GCS, the price of the products, the content of the order as well as the delivery address.

"Lyouna" shall not be held responsible for an input error on the part of the customer.

ARTICLE 5 - Payment

Payment for an order can be made by credit card (CIB, Visa, Mastercard) or by transfer.

In case of payment by credit card, the debit is made immediately at validation of the order, and after validation by issuing bank.

In case of bank rejection for the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

ARTICLE 6 - Delivery

The products exhibited on the website are delivered all over the world. "LYOUNA" uses all reasonable efforts so that the order is delivered as soon as possible (between 2 and 4 working days in europe according to destination, and up to 8 days in non-european countries). Orders recorded in website on Saturday from 12 p.m or Sunday will be processed on next Monday. Orders registered on the website will be processed the next working day.

A delivery is presumed to have been made when the carrier's control system records the reception of the order by the customer (signed for upon receipt).

If the parcel is damaged or its contents do not conform to the order, the customer must contact our Company ( Contact us tab ) within seven (7) days of receiving the products.

ARTICLE 7 - Personal Data & Cookies

All information included in your account are only used as part of your business relationship with "LYOUNA" via its website www.gil-swimwear.com. This information is not shared or sold to any third parties whatsoever.

The banking information you give is encrypted on your computer and will never be in our possession. Transactions are fully processed by secure payment via Central Bank of Tunisia. The website uses cookies and users are informed; cookies allow to record information concerning computer's browsing on our site.

Cookies might be installed only after user acceptance; the navigation on our website requires the acceptance. The user can reject the use of cookies by setting his/her browser, knowing that access to some services may require prior acceptance by the user.
